Q: Why should I give up my entire day for this restorative retreat?

A: It sucks feeling overly burnt out, tired, groggy, stressed, anxious, lost, unhealthy,.... this event helps undo that. You can not study at you best if your mind and body are not letting you. You have dreams, passions, goals, and sooo much to give to this world. To do your best your must be healthy. This event is for that, to give you immediate results and tools you can use to have lasting relaxation too.

Q: What is the purpose of this event? Who is it for?

A: The purpose of this event is to get clear, release tension, rest, relax, recharge, and restore after midterms in preparation for finals. Our goal is to help you live your life better, with more vitality and passion, better connected to yourself and others. We will teach you practical wellness techniques that you can use for finals and in the rest of your life. You will leave feeling blissful and renewed.

Q: How long do I have to register?

A: Registration closes March 5th and is capped at 25 people.  The 15% discounts end March 1st.

Q: Who is teaching? What qualifications do they have?

A: Timerlane Cakmak is our lead teacher for this retreat. Timerlane is an 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certified Teacher, and has Yoga specializations in Yin, Restorative, Athletes, and Meditation. Over the past 6 years he as taught over 1500 hours and over 10000 students from ages 3 - 84, nearly all backgrounds and styles, in many parts of the world. He also brings with him a wealth of personal training and group fitness experience from working in Gyms and his background of 8 years as an elite athlete.

Q: What is Timerlane's Yoga Philosophy?

A: Yoga to Timerlane, is not just a workout, it is a work in. He believes Yoga is a practice that unlocks peoples full potential and allows people to develop their natural capacity to connect, love, feel, be, relax, grow, expand, and come into their playful, joyful, blissful inner nature. In this way yoga raises consciousness, sparks self realization, and acts a service to the world. Timerlane’s philosophy is about wholeness and empowerment. His yoga is a blend of movement, breath, sound, philosophy, and meditation that you practice your entire life inside and outside of the classroom. The yoga practice is both the means and the ends, suggesting yoga is not just something you do, it is something you be and something you come to realized you already are – whole, connected, balanced, complete, fearless, limitless, joyful, playful unbroken. Q: How many people will their be?

A: The event is capped at 25 people to insure the quality is brilliant and the event is not crowded.

Q: Why is the price $75? Is that high or low for an event like this?

A: Single day yoga retreats sell in the many hundreds of dollars, this event is an absolute steal of a deal considering you are getting meals, exceptional yoga, transformational experiences, all at the perfect timing for your success. The average 1 hour yoga drop in class is $20, this event is the full day! It is priced at the perfect balance of making sure we can cover our costs without compromising quality, and keeping the price as affordable as possible.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: $75 is the student rate, which is discounted from the regular $150. If you register before March with the promo code CP34VYL will get a 15% discount.

Q: What if I need a refund?

A: Full refunds will be administered if the event does not run for some unforeseen reason. Otherwise after March 5th there will be no refunds.

Q: What if I am new to yoga, is this a good way to start?

A: This is a great way to start! You are in a safe environment with an extremely experienced teacher. The styles of yoga we will be practicing are designed to be beginner and advanced practitioner friendly.

Q: What if I am injured? Is this event right for me?

A: Depends on your injury status. Check with us first. You will likely be fine because all of the movements and activities have modifications. Moreover, the retreat will teach you new ways to recharge and heal mentally, physically, emotionally, and more, which will support your recovery and help ensure you do not get injured again.
